The door hanger is 16" round and has an attached basket that holds the inserts and the sign.
 
The DIY door hanger kit is 16" wood round and 1/4" laser cut maple pieces that are easy to assemble.  Hanger included.
Inserts sold seperatly. 
Comes with easy  assembly  instructions .  Can be painted or stained to your preference.
