SHIPPINGS & RETURNS
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing/cutting your order. Shipping times will depend on the carrier.
Painting Made Easy! is a cut per order business. This means that we do not keep an inventory of cutouts on hand. We cut orders as they are received. For this reason we do not accept order returns, exchanges or cancellations. This may seem strict and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please remember we are a small business. Cutting and editing projects cost us time and money.
If you cannot make it to the party, your project will be given to your host to give to you, or you can pay shipping costs and we will ship it to you. If you ordered for a Public Party and are unable to attend, please contact us to arrange a method to get it to you.
With this being said, if you receive an order and something is broken or not correct, please contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to correct a mistake on our part. We are grateful for your business and we want to keep it. We will do our best to solve all issues to keep you coming back for more.
Please open your order immediately upon delivery to check it over. If there are any issues email us as soon as possible at PaintingWithMindy@gmail.com.
Payment is due 1 week prior to the party. We take PayPal, Venmo, Cash and Checks.
Check- Please make checks out to Melinda Bhat. If you are attending a private party you can give the check to the host or mail them to me directly. Checks for Public Parties should be mailed directly. To mail them directly, please send Mindy Bhat a private message.
Cash- For Private Parties you can give cash directly to the host. The host will then meet with me. Attendees of Public Parties must arrange to meet with a member of Painting Made Easy to pay cash. Cash payments are still due a minimum of 1 week prior to the party. We do not accept “good faith” payments on guest's main projects on the day of the party.
